A Demon Man Digimon that appears from a magic lamp when it is summoned by someone. As it is the possessor of powerful magical abilities, it is not only able to alter its size and shape into an ever-changing appearance, but it can also produce palaces and vast treasures of gold and silver. Basically, it is usually sealed within the lamp, and the person who releases it will have their wishes granted. However, while it is sealed its personality is distorted, and it can become a dangerous being that will attack the one who releases it. Its Special Move is manipulating the turban wound around its head into ever-changing shapes in order to attack the opponent (Phantom Turban). Lampmon was adopted from a winning Digimon entry in the "Digimon Web Dot-art Contest" which belonged to Mr. Daisuke Somei from Hiroshima prefecture.
