It is thought to be the evolved form of Monochromon that live near volcanoes, and its armor-like skin, which is as hard as a diamond, is resistant to heat from volcanoes. Its Special Moves are shooting a fireball more powerful than Monochromon's at the enemy (Volcano Strike S), and charging fiercely and then violently ramming them with its horn (Hard Tackle).
